Victor Shi, the youngest elected Delegate for Joe Biden in 2020, is a writer, speaker, organizer, activist, podcast co-host, and a freshman at UCLA, where he intends to major in American Literature and Culture and is a member of the school's Daily Bruin and Political Union clubs.
