Susannah Fox is Empowering Patients in her Book: Rebel Health

In today's episode, I speak with Susannah R Fox about her newly released book Rebel Health: A Field Guide to the Patient-Led Revolution in Medical Care.  Susannah takes an important look at communities, which make the difference when the medical field ignores their concerns. The read is an exquisite example of  health design thinking and storytelling.

As CTO,  she created opportunities for entrepreneurship and innovation across the Department’s 27 divisions and 80,000+ employees, helping HHS harness the power of data and technology to improve the health and welfare of the nation.

Prior to joining the Obama Administration, she served as the Entrepreneur in Residence at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, helping to encourage employees to experiment and catalyze new ways to think about challenges.
